Do synths like Uknow respond to syex messages and if so are there parameter specs anywhere?

Why sysex?

Uknow as for all cw synths respond to CC#

And you can define them yourself for complete flexibility. From CC#0 to CC#119 for each device

I have a lot of sysex sounds from my juno days and wondered if I could use them.

Not with U-Know, it isn't that direct an emulation.
