I have had scope 4 for a week and cannot get an activqation key sent by email it just says no activation code sent, I can't get a response from Creamware does anyone have a tip for this problem.

try again 'till it works. this is normal.

What would a normal waiting time for activation be? Has anyone written 'I can't get no activation' yet?

I tried it four times. On different computers, on differnt days over three weeks.

After I called to the pricy 0190-hotline it works...a had a suspicion...

just do it over and over. a couple of tries should do. once it took 4 or 5. when will you people learn? it's a COMPUTER. a machine. it was made by men. it will always be a little buggy(scene of future spaceman kicking the side of his ship.,,"hal?, hal? let me in....please?"..KICK..."hal?").

Computer, Machine, Buggy. Did I buy a used car from you once?

Incidentally if you're still having problems rather than trying another computer try another EMAIL account... (or check your spam folders/filters).
