Has anybody got some documentation on this?
I heard Stockhausen talking about this and I am wondering what that is exactly.

The "anti-echo" is what I would call a pre-echo, like the effect you get when you record something with DDL on it and then reverse the waveform. the echo swells up into the original sound. The classic reversed tape effect.
