Hi all.... Recently I've installed winXP on my PC. before that I worked with the regular windows 98. in my previous version of windows the sound applications worked great, but now when I try to work in XP it shuts down on me after just a few minutes! I have a luna card, and did download the appropriate driver. some1's familier with this problem?

Thanx! Amit.

Did you boot in safe mode? (press F8 while boot starts)
If you can boot in safe mode, check out the event log, system messages, that should give some clue. If no messages indicate faulty hardware I whould suspect my RAM. (you could run memtest86 for a few hours to see what happens).
If same mode works, and no messages in the event log, and memtest shows up ok, start disabling everything in the startup-tab of msconfig, then rebooting and everytime re-enabling one more item in msconfig.
Good luck
Rob
