I need an osciloscope for SFP plataform. Does anyone knows where to get one? If possible, free...
A signal generator would also be fine, with sine/square/and triangle wave, and a frequency selector...
Thanks!

Hey the modular is full of that stuff!

Is there an osciloscope in the modular also? In fact Thta´s what I need most. If anyone knows of a SFP based software osciloscope that runs on my LunaII card (just 3 DSPs), let me know.
Thanks anyway!

not oscilloscope, but signal generators as many as you want..

there's really not much that SFP can do to an oscilloscope but spoil the party.
Run a native one, there are tons of such apps.
You wouldn't spare any resources under SFP - the opposite is the case.
It will drive your CPU through the ceiling due it's graphics handling - and scaling of a screen pic can be done better than on Sharcs
but the best hint has been given recently on this board: buy a cheapo (a few bucks) service scope on eBay - 1 MHZ bandwidth is more than enough - or a more or less useless, but cute looking vintage one.
Connect it to the analog outs and you have latency free video - in fact the 'Windows sampled scope apps' are really annoying in that context. You hear the sound change, but the picture is significantly late.
cheers, Tom

maybe this
http://cwmodular.org/oscillograph.zip
would be ok for rafafredd.A little Modular fiddling just for fun. Waveform visualisation is made via Flexors NBL wavedraw module.External signals can also be selected (8x1Switch pos.

.ok, this cannot replace a real oscilloscope but its a nice toy I think

hehe, the "cool" smiley should mean "8", so: 8x1 switch at pos. eight = external signal (AudioIn)

You might give VA Visual Analyzer a try. Works great for me.

argghh.. why does ALL patches for modular require Mod3 these days.
*cranky*
