Hello Planet-z

I sware to you I've been searching the forums in order to see if this happened to someone and got fixed, no luck so far.

My computer is not internet enabled so I've downloaded the DirectX 9.c redist installer (about 34Mb) and tried to install on my computer.., but I get this message "This software did not pass the Winlogo Test, program will not install"...(I'm using XP), Say what??!.., it is suppoused to be a microsoft software...(I answered my self didn't I?).

But seriously.. if any one of you guys can help me there, I'd really appreciate it.

I believe that you PC got to be connected to the internet to get this installed.

That's what puzzles me...

The Redist package is suppoused to be for computers not connected to internet, therefore it should work, no matter if you are connected or not..

I've installed DX9c redist several times to a pc without internet connection. Didn't get any error messages either. I don't know if this makes any difference, I've had SP1 installed, but no any peripheral drivers (soundcard, graphics etc..) before dx9c.
Good luck.
