Huub, I doubt such a file ever existed - Mehdi once excused not being able to provide one. At least according to my faint memory...

cheers, Tom

you're partly right I think.
I found an older Exho2 preset file, which is mainly compatible with Ech3, as it says.
Anyway, I can't find anything else, you seem to be right about that.
SpaceF's site is 'dead', as the Echo3 thread shows.

Anyone else can confirm that Echo3 came without presets?

echo3 preset list is compatible with echo2. Echo3 adds sub preset lists compatible with the main preset list. it means that you can load the main preset list in, for ex, filter preset list, and browsing t hru those presets will only update the filters and allow to create new presets from "crossing" older ones. Echo3 is merely a technical update for ulli/bpm consistency, and it is based on a echo2m.
My own Echo3 presets are very heavy, they use optimasters, masterverbs, commercial devices and are generally very heavy and related to a particular project. Most of them also use experimental spacef effects that nobody has and which are not very useable anyway. I don't see how could anybody make a good use of such presets. there are less than 20 presets. I never use presets myself, that's why there is not a lot available since i made it (plus as said, it is the same as echo2 presets which are quite numerous if i remember well). cross preset lists is the easy way to multiply the number of preset for echo3 (and they are backward compatible with 2i/2m for common controls).
ciao.

i've zipped most presets containing the word "echo" on my computer, deleted a few doubles. there's some personal presets in there, but they mostly to be used with live control (touch/midi...).

edit: you know where to get them right ?
