Hi,
I'm using a two-monitor-system with sfp 4.0 and it isn't possible to save the window-positions on the windows desktop, f.e. of the routing window or optimaster. Every time I use the tings I find the original window position. Saving the szene with the corrected window positions doesn't help.
Is this a bug or a feature?
Thanks and bye

What two monitor system (nvidia/matrox/ati/etc)?
How is your desktop configured-span or 2 separate regions; is there a 'virtual' desktop as well?

Hi,
I use a Matrox 550 with two Monitors, Cubase on the right, Scope on the left.
But the problem is the same on a single monitor system, when I put the Mixer on an other place, the position will not be saved. When I recall it, the mixer position is the same as at startup.
Any hints? Is the behavior of your system different?
Bye

Try this:
start>run> cmd.exe
Now assuming that you have installed SFP4 into C:SFP type the following:
attrib -r -s -h /s /d C:SFP
The idea here is that a file called Cset.ini is set read only (+r) and this will set it normally. Cset.ini contains all the info on your windowing positions (as well as a lot of other configuration info). The only thing I can think of off the top of my head so hopefully it works...

try to delete all the screenset and save a new one with the windows configuration you want.
(you find the screenset on the bottom of the live bar)

Hi,
the solution: deleting the screensets and creating new ones with the new positions.
Thanks a lot!
