Harptime by Nusofting

(A Physical Modeling Folk Harp VSTi)

SIR Impulse Response Processor

A fantastic free VST effect.

I started using the Creamware Vinco compressor and I like it.

I have been using the Cubase "StepFilter" and their new "Tonic" filter a lot. These filters tend to remove a lot of the sonic quality of samples yet they are fun to play with. It's amazing how many hours you can fritter away just playing with the knobs and sliders.

well composed.

sparkling clean production.

the muted tones are great in contrast to the unrestrained harp sound.

Very relaxing...

Thanks the ending was SIR. You never know what you are going to get with that effect. It's like breeding 2 samples to get mutated offspring.

Thanks, technology is amazing these days. I wouldn't be able to do this just a couple of years ago. I didn't do much in the way of mastering because I wanted to wait until it was finished but then I listened to it too many times and got sick of it and posted this before I move on to the next musical project.
