Hello Pulsar people,
We have a serious problem with our studio setup, we suppose...
There's an upcomming mixing-project which requires us to have at least 64 channels over ADAT from pulsar outputs to ADAT inputs on 2 Yamaha 02R mixers (2 x 32 digital tracks). At the moment we have 3 x Pulsar II with only 48 channels (6xADAT) up & running. We also have a RME-Hammerfall DIGI 9636 (2x2 ADAT I/O) available.
Now, here's the problem: we use exclusively Cubase SX 2 and we cannot select both the Scope platform ASIO driver and RME ASIO driver at the same time. Does anybody have a solution for us? Is there a way to obtain more than 48 ADAT output channels from the pulsar II platform? Is it really impossible to add a 4th Pulsar II card to the first 3 cards? (switching to Scope Pro hardware is no option because we also really need Pulsar's SPDIF and analog I/O's)
Any suggestion would be nice.
Thanks,
Miguel Vasconcellos & Leon Vasconcellos
