Hi Scopers.
I recently got mysel a laptop (Fujitsu Siemens Amilo D1840 with 3ghz and 512 MB ram) for audio purposes. It features a Realtek ยด97 audio card built in. Needless to say I have huge latency in Cubase with the ASIO Multimedia driver that comes with it. So I tried Wuschels Asio4All driver as mentioned in this post:

When I use this driver, the latency is improved by orders of magnitude. . . . . but Cubase crashes (blue screen) every time I try to load a project. If I switch back to my old asio driver, everything is fine and dandy again, so its clearly the Asio4All driver thats causing the trouble.
Is there anyone (Braincell?) who uses this driver with good results? Any tips, perchance?
