Hello all, I just recieved e-mail notifying that Arikama passed away May 3. He died in a bike accident. Arikama is a fellow Japanese user, who used to drop by PlanetZ now and then. You can still check out some of his music in the music forum.

He told me in one of his mail (I was bugging him to join in on one of the Z contests) "I just don't seem to have time anymore to write music".. well, I deeply regret he is no longer with us to wait for the time to come. Hats off for Arikama, now in a different dimension.

Very sorry to hear that, ken.

It's quite possible he is in a better dimension than us

Hi Ken,
I just found out about this too. Such a shame. Arikama came to stay with me a couple of years ago and he was a lovely, gentle person. He was also responsible for one of my favourite Mod2 patchs, YM2151+, about which Spirit asked: "Is this the best patch ever for ModV2?".

A terrible shame.

I cannot say I spoke with him but I wish him well on his journey (should he believe in one) and condolences to his family.

Always a spirit of him will be in this forum.
It´s always sad to loose somebody you knew.
He was a part of the Z family.

Hey, hey, hey!
I'm ok dudes! just a little busy recently, I've finished my el. guitar (i'll post pics), redoing mixes and deeply studying mastering techniques...maybe my answer to this thread has been read unproperly...I know all of us sleep very few hours  and when we come here we are not too sharp...

This was, what trickered me. I thought Tom meant that the same thing has happened to Alfonso - and that it was Alfonso, Tom was thinking of. I didn't see, that the post right above was from Alfonso.

I am sorry to have messed up in this thread.
