hi !

if i want to select irq's for my cards in bios, should i re-install in standard pc mode, because if i select the same irq for my cw cards, nothing happens in windows

and

if i select standard pc mode, isn't that i can't power off computer auto, but i must push the button, can i do some trick here or any tip ?

IRQ set-up is different on every mobo ie. whether you can manually set them up or not....don't think it necassarily depends on which mode XP is in.....
You may find there are actually more options in ACPI mode to do with steering, but on my system, Standard PC mode works much better anyway.
As for the shut-down thing.....enabling APM or Advanced Power Management in the power section of the screensaver page of Display properties fixes it.

well, i have re-install win now in pc standard mode,
can't set irq's like i want , but all cards have different one, so that's cool too,
i think system works faster in this mode, also scope platform loads little faster plugs, which is also cool...

found about power management, works fine now,
