hi there !ยจ
i know that there have already been this post, but since it's long time from there i'll ask again,
is there "ANY" way to connect 4 creamware cards together and is there just 3-way S-TDM cable or can anyone send me or make 4-way S-TDM cable ? any experts here ?
you'll help me alot, since i'm seriously thinking to buy another creamware card , but i don't want to sell any old one,
second question;
or maybe if i have another computer, what i need then to connect cards together, to control both music systems, with same quality ?
thanks a lot,
please anyone with 4 card system contact me

"up to 3 boards from the SCOPE range seamlessly cascadable using the S/TDM Bus"
that's what cwaudio.com says.
so if anyone knows for sure, it's gotta be some tech wiz at cwaudio.com.
i for one have never heard of anyone using 4 (!) cards together.
UAD has the same "only 3 cards" policy.
for reasons i'm probably too dumb to understand.
sorry i couldn't answer your question. good luck anyway!

I ask creamware once and they said it was possible on "special" motherboards.
Dunno what the limitation is.

R-type, did they not tell you what that "special" feature is?
I have a spare Luna and Pulsar II and would love to use 'em.
Cheers.

hehe, "special" motherboard, why is always there a secret, would like to hear the model and manufacturer

well if there's no chance to do that, i'd rather go for some hardware synth and forget
creamware for some time, since i don't want to sell my old cards, maybe i'll have another comp. one day and 2 creamware systems, that would be really awsome.
do i need than ADAT card for connecting 2 comp. together and control both system over single mixer ?
thanks

real engineers can build their own "special motherboards.
i doubt that anyone else is going to pull that trick off with a stock consumer mobo.

The guy I sold my Scope card to had 4 pulsars in one computer, it needs some soldering to get it to work, but it is possible..
He also soldered something that made all his PCI-ports work on one IRQ..
