if i have more than 16 channels connected, can i load another STM1632 and use one input from first STM1632, so i can have like 2 mixers connected together or should i wait for some extra money and buy any bigger mixer pack ?
what's the best tip here connecting more than 16 channels ?

If you want to connect 2 mixers you should do it yet another way - just the master outs from both should be routed to a third mixer to have full control over the outgoing signal. But in this way you can get phase problems. So assuming that - it's better to collect money for a new mixer
If the phase problem isn't for you a big deal (and it can be 50/50%) so you can still enjoy your old mixers

Just load a second stm1632. Join the outputs together as you can control the output of both mixers via their own master faders. Or use a smaller mixer to combine the outputs of both 1632's. Use whatever works for you.

In some situations, the way you describe it yourself is just perfect. You can use the first mixer as a kind of an aux bus. Put all your drums into that. Then the channel on the second mixer, wich you send it into will be a "master drum fader", so you can turn up/down all your drums in one go with that fader + still adjust individual drums on the first mixer.

ok, i have do exactly like that, and i'm very satisfied, now i'm concern that i have too little dsp power
need one 14dsp card for sure, but also some money
btw, what are the prices now for creamware cards, from home to pro ?

You can feed some of the signals thru a micromixer.
eg
3 drumtracks via micromixer > channel 1
5 effect tracks ----"-----> channel 2 etc

You'll find the STM2448 is a drastic improvement over the 1632: much more like a real-world mixer, and I think if you get a mix extension pack you'll get micro mixer & dynamic mixer thrown in, but as these now come as standard with the hardware it'd be well worth saving up for an extra board....you'll find your whole system will be transformed into a much more professional tool.
