What will be the upgrade cost for current Flexor owners - or is it a free update to v2?

That's double dose of modules to be served !!!!!
A question : will some extras be included in Phil and Grainmiller compared to Flexor 2 ?
Flexor is always my first device to be turned on, everytime, anytime ...

Yes i forgot to give all the extra info:
Flexor 1.5 will be released before flexor 2.0 and will be a free upgrade. this upgrade will include some new modules from the wishlist (AHD, elsatic X/Y and more...), a maintenence overall to the modules (resonance modulation to the filters, swing factor to the sequencers, some bug fixes).
the Flexor v2 upgrade will be available for current users at a reduced price of 30eu and will have over 50 new modules (module list will come shortly).
the Flexor v2 Full package will be sold for 145eu.
Phil and GrainMiller will be assembled from flexor 2 modules, but they will have many functions that are not enabled in the modular like stereo action, phase acuracy, dsp alocation, an extremely complex circuit with a simple interface. and it will be much lighter on dsp.
Phil and grainmiller are desigend for intuitive use, fast results and endless sonic posibilities, and provide far more than a flexor patch could ever offer.
Phil and GranMiller's prices have yet to be established.
hope this answers most of your questions
Peace!

As fas I remember, te price of Flexor 1 is 99EUR. So, it's advantageous to first buy I, and then upgrade to 2 (129EUR) and not buy directly 2 (145EUR) ?

dude.. if you actually knew how much work goes into beta testing, writing manuals and stuff, you'd realise that it's easier to go to work for a few hours and earn the 30 euro's to upgrade.

Thanks for clarifying about Phil and Grainmiller, I'am in of course and I try to imagine the wild effect of a serial / parallel connections of those devices ! ( drooling )
Flexor is still the most underpriced ( by far ) device I've got !
