Hi all
Ok - So I've inherited a pulsar1 card, but WITHOUT a cable (cablewhip ?)
Anyone have one to sell or know where I can buy from ? ( Do I need to go direct to Creamware ?)
Thanks for any info - just dying to get this DAW setup & make tunes.

Hi Cesax - thnks for the reply
Its the regular cable that comes with the pusar 1.
A 26-pin D-type connector (like a small parallel port) leading to :
4 Unbalanced analog RCA connectors (2 stereo inputs and 2 stereo outputs)
2 S/PDIF connectors (stereo in and stereo out via digital coaxial cable)
3 MIDI connectors (in/out/through)
The I/O cable in the second picture here :

Thanks - abbyk

If you know which end of a soldering iron you're supposed to hold (or know somebody that does

), the complete electrical diagram for the whip is in the Creamware support database under Pulsar -> any OS -> hardware -> pin assignment of the cable whip (you'll need to login):
http://shop.creamware.de/shop2000/de/sh ... .asp?LG=US
Good luck

Hi Cesax
Thanks again
Been trying to find out the spec for "classic plate" - its difficult !
these 2 links show small pics only :
http://www.netzmarkt.de/thomann/thoiw9_ ... dinfo.html
http://www.dancetech.com/aa_dt_new/shop ... Dcreamware
It "seems" to be the SAME cable.
If you could just check for me that the D-adapter is 26 pins - then I'm pretty sure its the same.
That would be awesome
Sorry if this is touble for you - I just want to try & make pretty sure I will get a cable that works.
