so..., I can't solve this...
today I add a new pulsar2+ to my system but SFP software just load 2 from 3 boards, no matter whose I enable in device manager (which presents 3 scope sound devices working properly).

Stranger..., in XTC mode (with SX2),when I go setup/VST multitrack/control panel/I/O settings the 3 boards are there, but I can't load XTCproject outside SFP so I get only 2 of the boards and problem can't be turned.
the boards are installed as follow:

Pci slot2, Pci Bus2, device 10, IRQ 10 is Pulsar2+
Pci slot3, Pci Bus2, device 11, IRQ 10 is another Pulsar2+
Pci slot4, Pci Bus2, device 12, IRQ 10 is LunaII
(IRQ 10 not shared with anything else)

I've tried everything I could think of (auto IRQs, different irqs for one or 2 of them, changing/cleaning the stdm cables and connections, reinstals, etc), when I load SFP it recognize pulsar2 and pulsar2(2)=12 dsp; or Pulsar2+ and Luna2= 9 dsp; but never the 3 boards and = 15 dsp.

Getting mad for few hours fighting against this..., it seems like a software problem, some file inside SFP folder doesn't allow the 3 boards to be loaded at the same time.
New devices (S&S pack) added today too are working fine.

If someone can give a hint I'd much thank indeed.

Did you put one stdm cable across the three boards near the outputs and a second one only between the pulsar2's, better with the extreme connectors (living empty the middle one)?

That's the way it should work...

If it doesn't, what happens with only 1 stdm cable?

I have 3 boards and no prob...

Thanks Alphonso, I did as you said and tho I'm not sure to what side the red line on the stdm cables shall be, I've tried both positions but nothing has changed.

this one is just unbelievable...

when I check DSP load in XTC mode the 3 cards and 15 dsp's are there

Maybe backup your presets and project files and uninstall SFP. Reboot, then reinstall.

Thanks indeed for your answers

It was just so simple as Interlooper told above but I could not keep my head cool enough till evening.

After, I did the uninstall forgeting to save devices, folders tree, presets, everything is now gone tho I think I can recover most things. As my main work is in XTC I'll get presets from .fxp files (yes, I save them this way) and some downloads will restore those precious free devices.

Thanks a lot folks

ps: I must not to re-install the system, ...uuugh!
