This is great software to use with a Pulsar system. I am asking US$199.
(This is an especially good deal for those in Europe who can take advantage of the current exchange of the Euro to U.S. Dollar)
I can accept electronic payment via Paypal or a direct cash transfer via Western Union. I can also accept a bank check or money order in U.S. dollars.
