I think this is bad news because the management will be the same group as far as I can tell from this brief press release. It would have been better if they were sold to another company. As far as I can tell Creamware does little or no marketing of their products in the states. Why can't I find anything by them at sweetwater.com or at zzounds.com or at samash.com? These are all major sites. Could someone explain this to me? Is it some secret plan to make CW products rare and thus raise the value? Does this company expect word of mouth alone to spread their products?

@all
You are really fast, I could not finish my message and a second thread was up :wink:

@Braincell
I'm not sure any other "management" would have created any such SFP in the first place

Cheers, Frank

Braincell.. why does everything have to be some kind of conspiracy by Creamware? What if it wasn't actually Creamware's fault but the shops in question?

I have heard that in the early days Creamware were unlucky enough to hire a rather crappy distributor in the US who then proceeded to piss off a lot of shops, thereby causing some bad blood. Well, I don't know if this is true or not, but it is perfectly possible, isn't it? And if so, you should be badgering your local music stores to sort their act out, shouldn't you?

always looking on the negative side aren't you? :roll:
It's so easy to judge a situation you know nothing about from your own limited point of view. The fact that Creamware is still around, making new products, and succesfully came out of the insolvency is not a bad thing.

I'm moving all "discussion with frank" topics into the general pulsar discusion forum. Let's keep the announcements forum for announcements!
