A brief history:
I launched the planetz pulsar pages on January 15, 1999. So 5 years old today.
Though I doubt many people visit via the original entry page, it's still there at
http://www.planetz.com/Pulsar.shtml
Most of that information is horribly out of date, written back in 1999 about Pulsar 1.x. My intention was always to completely replace that portal with these forums. Hopefully I'll get around to it some day
The counter there (currently at 859,912 visits) is probably quite low, since I assume most people come straight to the forums index.
On March 21, 2000, I created the "Pulsar Problem Solving Forum", as a threaded list over at the free site- discserver.snap.com. When that site became a pay service, I launched the new forums, as you now know them, on March 27, 2001, and have been adding features and tweaks ever since.
Thanks to all of you for making planetz such a cool community.
