When I merge Osiris Denoiser effects using TripleDAT 3.11b and SFP 3.1c,
Borland's BC450RTL.dll (v.1.5) locks up at 99% of the merge process.
Anyone knows a fix?

It's a old, well known bug with TripleDat. The only fix that CW support ever came up with (and has worked for me MANY times)is to reinstall the TripleDat software. Usually uninstalling first was not necessary, sometimes it was.
Good luck.

This bug was well-reported on the old CW tripleDAT forum. I've experienced it myself to the point that I stopped using Osiris completely. In fact, the entire effects/merge function seemed crippled to me. Some merge functions completely locked up my PC.
There are a number of great 3rd party noise reduction programs out there. Everyone seems to have their own personal fav. I like Wave Repair. This program was originally designed to remove pops and clicks from vinyl recordings (er.. I mean WAV files), but they later added an excellent hiss/noise remover which works much better than Osiris.
The program only costs $30 USD. Highly recommended.
Good luck!

Thanks for the advice. I reinstalled 3DAT. Pray and see...
A google search revealed that TripleDAT is not the only program suffering from BC450RTL.dll freeze.
Various other programs relying on this Borland DLL show similar behaviour.
