Hi y'all.

I've tried my best over at CW forum, but as always it got me nowhere so...

The little SFP tray icon does not respond o right clicking and makes force quit SFP whenever I wish to open a new project. Anyone? I'ts a new install over a new XP.
Last time i go so frustrated I simply disabled SFP in msconfig...

Most probably, a device used in the project has moved or been renamed, and SFP (not iconized) will show a pop-up window which asks to re-locate the file or something. Open the startup project from SFP, locate the device manually and re-save the startup project. This always fixes that 'icon-doesnt-react-to-right-click' problem for me.

I used to have that problem after an complete reistall of xp and SFP.
But not with all projects.
I could't figure out why. Then I discovered that I forgot to install a VU-meter deveice. SFP didn't tell me the deviece could't be found but just hang. When I installed the VU-deveice SFP asked me where it was located (instead of hanging) and I only had to locate it once. Since then none of my projects hangs anymore.
I hope this helps but its actually the same as atomic allready said.

goodluck
