First off, there isn't much risk in making a low starting price on such a card. Chances are bad, that it will stay low.
Second, this is a very special PowerPulsar - it has only virtual i/os. They are in the text, but they are not on the picture.
Also, it has 6 STDM busses. But this may be a typo.
I wouldn't bid on it, unless I had the oportunity to pick it up direct at the seller. I don't know, if there is any way you can check with Creamware, wether the person actually owns a PowerPulsar.
