So I hear there was a virus outbreak a week ago or something. I haven't been alert at all cuz I don't see anything strange happening. Personally, I'm totally unprotected from virus attacks. No antivirus, nuttin'. And as my main machine is also my internet machine, I'm kind of worried.

I've heard MS has issued a patch for this problem. I dunno, since I haven't had a single virus problem in the past 10 years or so, I just think it's yet another one of those "newbie" killer viruses. Can anyone fill me in on this issue?

No Ken, it's not another newbie killer. It's a serious bastard! Luckily, it doesn't make serious harm to infected computers. If it did...oaaah.. I can't imagine. (Well, it rebooted my pc a few times, but that's not so serious)
