Hi Maccers,
I have also this kind of bug and it refers to many sites that have frames - don't you have the same with the CW forum? I have to resize (no matter enlarge or make it smaller) the IE window to get access to scroll. Many other sites are affected so I think it's rather the browser than the CWA site.

huub, just went to the home page again, and it's fine. but when going to, for example, the peter freeman interview, the phenomen persists.
and no wojtek, never saw this before... a first time for everything i guess

but resizing the window a bit does indeed make the scroll bar show up.

b0rg, are you using IE? Or is it a Mozilla/Firefox based browser?
I know that about half the Mozilla builds I've run here have problems with disappearing scrollbars. Something that has only recently (as in the last few weeks) gone away. They finally fixed the middle mouse click crash too! (browser would disappear on middle click but not left or right).

Hi,
today I've talked to Frank & Petar about the subject at Frankfurt Musikmesse. To a certain extend things could be cleared, but due to activities at the booth not in every possible case.
Luna / Luna II will benefit update to 4.0 as SCOPE home
Pulsar (Pulsar I / II) / Pulsar XTC will benefit update to 4.0 as SCOPE project
Power Pulsar like SCOPE SFP will benefit update to 4.0 as SCOPE professional
According to combination of cards You should ask individually if in doubt.
So in most cases you should be able to determine what to expect.
Cheers

?????
this would be totally unfair to the people who bought their plug-ins!!
Don't get me wrong I would be happy for all you people that didn't.
but I bought over the years lots off of plugins for that money I could easy buy another Scope Professional now (with all those plug-ins)

I understand your point Virtual Studio.., I bought my self the Mix'n'Master Pack.., I don't regret it.., Now things seem different... , there is not a good way to put it you know. But it's allways like that.. you pay big bucks for the last technology cell phone.. next year all those features every body have.. with lot less money...., Not that I say it's right to do that.., but it seems the "normal" evolution of things nowadays

I also have some Plugins of the M&M and the S&S Package. Maybe we get two Software-Keys of the Plugins we have twice ?

The new Creamware Audio company is fantastic. The Scope platform is here to stay and will hopefully expand to become the choice of desktop musicians everywhere. If the price came down a bit and the power of the cards increased, they will have a sure winner. Increase the DSPs on entry-level cards, chaps!
I love the Pulsar/Scope platform despite having a lowly Pulsar 1 card. It's great live and far better than VSTis. Creamware need to market Scope4 with ads in the usual music mags and get some reviews in them too. The old Creamware seemed to give up on marketting.

@virtualstudio:
Some benefit more, some less and one can't do it "right" to everyone's special circumstances. At least all are winners because CWA is back on course.
On the other hand if You buy a recent computer you can imagine what it will be worth after just one year. And I don't think it is good to look at the amount of money spent rather than what one has done or achieved with the stuff bought within that time. I think that is what finally counts.
cheers

I also think devices that are released for Scope deserve more press. You hear in the magazines about every little crappy VSTi that comes out, but where were the reviews of Solaris? Flexor? UberPlastic? Amper? Prodyssy? The list goes on. You hear about TDM plugins and Powercore plugins all the time as well, but never a peep about Scope.
By the way, I think the typos and cross-languages were fixed on the CWA site...good job!!

Wow, so it seems actually the existing users will also get the plugin packs. If that's true than that's probably the most awesome thing CW ever did

Of course some people will feel cheated if they bought these plugins for a lot of money before but you also had the privilige of using them all that time.

to Fortune,
like I said I'm smiling allready I'm so glad CWA is back in buisness.
also I'm happy for pleople that bennefit from this.
still to me its unfair that people that were the best customers, people that bought Scope/sp, don't benefit from this deal at all.
again I'm not complaining but I find it something for CWA to consider!

by next to nothing
Some will be dissapointed, some will be happy. My guess is that there is a lot of more ppl beeing happy if fortune is right than ppl beeing dissapointed.
ive heard of other ways they are gonna do it which seem just as sensible, and actually more fair to ppl like virtualstudio and others who bought a lot of plugs lately. i wont say too much about it since its not really on paper anywhere, but either way, users will have great deals.

Man, I couldn't agree with you more Shayne. Why haven't any of the magazines reviewed Solaris??? My god, it's one of, if not THE most powerful/flexible soft synth in existence right now.
