What I mean is that Agenda 21 will modify the way it crystallizes world domain as needed depending on how the USA elections goes, that is why this elections are a key factor to the following events that they are planning trying to lead countries toward a world war. After the elections, and depending on the reactions of the people, they will act and develop contingency plans to follow on with their strategies to dominate the world and settle their global regime. Said it in other words, they are like a dirty, malicious water coming down with care, covering everything, adapting intelligently to the paths where it finds less resistance to flow, but this hidden water is definitely coming to cover all paths by the end, succeeding with their domination aims. I guess they will succeed to a certain extent, but riots will be so, so big, that it will be very difficult to control people and surrender them into a global regime. Anyway, this is exactly what they are trying to do, that is why a world war is needed, as a means to control as many countries as possible in the shortest period of time.
