how's about this?

computers(mechanical at the time, very large...) were originally built for "race mixing" studies in Jamaica in the '20's by International Business Machines(who licensed and developed the roots of the pc). even better, the tattooed numbers on Nazi death camp inmates was a system designed specially for the purpose by IBM. IBM and all the big guys in the computer biz(Jobs, Bill and Melida Gates, Ballmer etc) are heavily involved with Eugenics.

i use computers as a tool, but i'm not foolish enough to think that they were developed for my benefit. don'y you know that the screen refresh rate on TVs and other video screens is something that was heavily research in order to find a rate that synced up with human brain wave patterns in order to induce an altered state? once again, this is not well known info, but it's not secret, just veiled. anyone who wishes to investigate can get the data, transcripts and even personal writings of those involved in the studies.... see the prisoner episode "the General" for more info...

both work, but judging from the state of things, the 59.xxxhz rate in america seems to work a little better...
