I forgot to say that if I do all that, it's only because saving project works rarely and saving CC assignment preset works much better, here. Otherwise, I don't see why I would brake my balls to do all that... 
So : preset don't work, maybe for you but not here... It's like that I do since several years and with several pc config , it was the same. I begin to think that Scope has a lot of different behaviors, depending of undetermined things, maybe outside pc itself (!) ; but I can't determine what... If project works, it's the best for you ! Because if it's preset, it takes a bit more time to be sure to find everything assigned correctly at the next loading.
