With all the hype around Apple, it turns me on.kensuguro wrote:I checked out SynthMaker.. it only does PC, which sort of turned me off..
As usual your pathetic attempts at trying to convince Soniccore to please you for buying a used Luna card years ago will fall on deaf ears.braincell wrote: I keep wondering why Sonic Core isn't developing software that works without the proprietary hardware. They are boxing themselves into a corner. It made a lot of sense when computers sucked to use Sharc DSP chips but now we don't need them. When buying anything expensive I now have to ask myself, will this company still exist when a new OS comes out? Will the drivers still work with it? Will they charge me a fortune just to update my drivers to my new OS, throwing in a bunch of incentive goodies as an excuse which I already bought?
Yeah, and we all know gaming manufacturers are about to ditch dedicated video cards, GL etc. They dont need that stuff. Of course we will still all be fragging around at 200FPS in surround sound on native CPU while NVidea goes broke next year, like they should have 3 years ago if not for all the hype about 2 processors being better than 1. Thats like saying a twin engine plane will fly faster and higher than a single engine onebraincell wrote:I keep wondering why Sonic Core isn't developing software that works without the proprietary hardware. If your graphics card doesn't work, you can get another card but if your Sonic Core card doesn't work, all your apps will be useless so your analogy isn't a good one.dante wrote: Mind you I bought an nvidea 4500 6 years ago and if they dont give me free support on Win 7 64 bit and improve my frame rate for the next 5 years Im going to bad mouth them on every forum and no gamer will ever buy there stuff again![]()

Plenty of users will badmouth Nvidia or ATI if they have a bad experience. Their users aren't a bunch of zombie, ass kissing, fanboys. Competition is good.
I recieve Government checks from the taxpayers to buy my gear, and my sandbox mentality will never fail in the end.
I will post more Mayan predictions, and Nostradumbass quotes. Eventually I might be right.
oh, so if S|C doesn't work forever to give you what you want for free, then it's because of the ass-kissing fanboys, eh?braincell wrote:If your graphics card doesn't work, you can get another card but if your Sonic Core card doesn't work, all your apps will be useless so your analogy isn't a good one.dante wrote: Mind you I bought an nvidea 4500 6 years ago and if they dont give me free support on Win 7 64 bit and improve my frame rate for the next 5 years Im going to bad mouth them on every forum and no gamer will ever buy there stuff again![]()
