There's been news/press release coverage of attempts to use 'protein markers' from the swine flu to help the body build up potential immunities, stating that there has been some success with this. However my recollection is that this is related to the Swine Flu, which seems to be 1/4 less deadly (at least according to US statistics) than the 'normal' flu. So if you want to get a vaccine for something that's got less of a chance to kill you than the normal flu braincell, be my guest. I've no idea why you're throwing in issues with Vitamin C & D (of which there also happen to be a myriad of forms, some which are far more easily utlilized by your body than others btw.)

Your thread here Francis is about something else entirely (Hemorrhagic flu/pneumonia), which I actually wasn't aware of until you posted it but since it's come up I've had online conversations with some friends in Eastern Europe where this actually seems to be on people's radar. There isn't a lot of news coverage of it and the people who talked about it seemed to think that having untrustworthy news about health concerns (and financial reports etc) was par for the course where they lived anyway, so it's hard to know what the 'truth' of the matter is. I dug around a bit online during the movie (among other things I was doing) and posted up what little info I could find.

My point about vitamin C is to emphasize the prevalence of medical myths. No form of Vitamin C cures the cold.

that's correct BC. vitamin C, in a form that the body can use, is a nutrient that helps your body eliminate the flu. yes, most products are scams. the body makes it's defenses and normally, if the person is healthy, sooner or later the body rejects the foriegn genetic material. that's why a cold or the flu must run it's course once the person is infected.

in fact, there is NO product that will "cure" a viral infection.

oh, and "partial immunity" is a HUGE myth. you are immune or not. the body makes antibodies(and hopefully fast enough to deal with the infection) which target the virus or it doesn't. while i wouldn't automatically dismiss all vaccines, there is little or no evidence that ANY vaccine has actually done it's job, scientifically speaking, unless you believe everything that the big pharma companies say. i'll remind everyone who blindly believes companies like Bayer that they were VERY involved in the shennanigans and human experiments during WW2 in death and internment camps in Poland, Austria and Czechoslavakia.

at any rate, a vaccine, if it works, doesn't "cure" anything. it is supposed to activate the immune system, which can be quite a dangerous thing for the body, if the vaccine contains other contaminants like squaline or other organic material(which they all do). vaccines don't keep infected people from dying. what a vaccine CAN do, especially a live virus that has been "denatured" or "deactivated", is incubate a more human viable version of that virus, when the virus came from another species, making those vaccinated the actual vector of pandemic.

whenever such a controversial subject gets such universal coverage from all media(be scared! take the vaccine before you die!), there is reason for concern. i'm not saying to avoid these vaccines at all costs, i'm just saying that much more info is needed to make sense of all this.

these virii that target specific organs leading to massive failure and hemmorage are not natural. their behavior is consistent with stated military aims for germ warfare.
