The Thomann FAQ says this:
"For deliveries outside EU you´ll be receiving a tax free invoice.
If you come from a non-EU country and would like to pick up your stuff, you´ll be paying the German tax, but we´ll refund the tax as soon as we´ll receive stamped customs documents stating that the goods left the EU. Please notice that we´ll need to customs clear the goods before they can be taken to the border, so inform us about your visit beforehand."
so you should be fine....

My local dealer in Vienna (Klangfarbe) told me today that they can't tell a specific shipping date for XITE-1
Must be around in the next 3 or 4 weeks or even in autumn they told me.

"my xite" has been ordered (and payed for) by my local dealer.. it was supposed to be sent ASAP a week ago... in the first mail... and s/c told them last Friday that it should be sent this week...
did someone actually get his xite since the website updated, and announced they where shipping? excepting serial numbers 0001 and 0002...
i know, I'm impatient, but this getting real long...
