I was quite laconic about the whole symptomatology during the checkup with the ENT specialist. I think it's better I come back to him now.

...I usually avoid to finger my ears, unless I'm awake and fully conscious...

Some lines to close this thread (i hope).

All symptoms, included those eczema like, had gone the day after the date of my previous post, so I considered it meaningless to go back to the ENT specialist at the moment. But I'll be there at the first symptoms the next time.
