Martin, let me get this straight - you're going to visit the north end of a south-bound cow?

I`ve heard Martin is doing a phase test at the moment. I am not exactly sure about this.

No hifiboom, he's currently connected to the MATRIX downloading the schematics for every piece of pro audio hardware ever built.

I am still very buisy on "MOVeq+" but I know a person connected to the same matrix I am switched on - not for audio but for graphics!

The design will not be my creation. So you can relax, lean back & don't be afraid. It will look great for sure.

As I said to hifiboom. Even if it is sometimes a game for me it IS hard work for me to finetune things. Many, many hours. More than for some stupid phasetests which lead to endless discussions 'bout their sense. This was lost time, because few believed or really tried it out what nice things you can learn with them; it was much to learn, so it was not lost as a whole.

still I am stupid

I once had a large discussion about DAW summing, I did some test there too. But since then I never found interest in doing tests like this again.

I mean sometimes it takes hours and you make one mistake and the time is lost completly...

Its like mathematical proving with many variables.
And while I like maths this is just stupid, isn`t it.

So since then I trust my ears.... real value and way faster than doing tests...

nice to hear that you are doing the GFX designs. From your knobs and faders it will look the best!!!

And you know I am a big fan of your designs.

So congratulations MCCyrano, you picked one of the best designers... I am sure.

Hopefully you are not going completly to the "lets-make-some-serious-money-approach".

by the way I am also a big Matrix fan ( excluding episode II and III  )
