Hey Gary and Mr. A
Thats very interesting about abiotic oil , I never knew that . It may be one reason why that on quite a few occasions in the last 40 years we've been going to run out of oil but we never have . I have to say I'm loving the collapse of the human driven climate change models . I'm finding the squirming around and rearranging of positions absolutely fascinating . In the meantime of course getting a bit warmer is fine by me, I dont mind at all .

can't argue with any of that....yes, abiotic oil is quite interesting, and not really that surprising for those whose brains are functioning....

If you have tons of time, you can read through all of NOAA's data.

The Climate Forcing data is pretty interesting.
http://www.ncdc.noaa.gov/paleo/paleo.html

also...
http://www.climatechangefacts.info/

The data shows both warming and cooling cycles around the world over time, including tracking records in everything from ice core, solar cycles, tree rings, etc.

I have friends at both NASA and NOAA (that I grew up with) who both have said directly that there is just too much data to correlate, and not enough data to show 100% DIRECT MAN-MADE global warming/cooling/climate 'change'. And they both know that CO2 is not the problem.

Seems to me we can still take action anyways, but buying 'carbon credits' will do nothing but make some carbon broker somewhere rich.

Not that anyone cares.

May I remind everyone It is totally illegal and immoral to post copyrighted photos and images even if you alter them.
1, Copyright is not criminal law kiddo, it's civil.

2, a big part of the hoopla over the tightfisted corporate control of our cultural heritage is the fact that some people believe locking any ability for the average person to reference anything in popular culture (locking our culture away behind a paywall) is amoral...ie, we give copyright as a right that's afforded some protections to original creators in return for the theory that this fosters and encourages cultural creation. NOT because it's a moral imperative to make sure that every minor use (fair use?) of any 'owned' intellectual property is charged to the fullest dollar...or letter of the law.

Of course I'm sure you either won't read this or have any kind of response that's intelligible and thought through on your own...

Dude, you don't know the difference between breaking the law and being uncivil? Ignorance of the law is *not* a defense. Don't be ignorant. Try to be intelligent.

If someone stole your intellectual property, you might be upset, I know I would be, especially if it was used for political advantage by someone who doesn't know jack shit about anything. The creators of content own it and have the right under the law to control if and how it is used. Learn about morality and the law before you go running your mouth!!! Copyright law in the US is well established. There is no argument about it. It is not a matter of opinion. It is fact. If you disagree with the law, it doesn't matter. You are still breaking the law and doing something illegal. That, and the morality of using someone's work without their permission was the crux of my point. If you think you have the right to rob people, you are bad person.

it's not even an offense. satire is "fair use".

-btw, before we forget, the real purpose of this thread is to tell about the emals that demonstrate how the CO2 global warming data was faked from the beginning, since those emails were from those who faked the data and the emals detailed the efforts to fake data and ways to discredit anyone who might try to present valid counter claims.

oh and btw-btw-robbing usually involves money and value. there has been no loss, so there can not have been a robbery. please don't try to con with false con-victions kubla kahn cain...these laws didn't come from God. they are for helping people. they are for protection. they are not strictly punitive. it's ok to use a little common sense...

Fair use applies to home and private use not public use. That is well established law. It has been upheld by courts time and time again. Obviously you don't know anything about the law and besides, as I stated, it is a moral issue when someone uses your work, without payment or consent.

i think we're at the very edges of braincell's ability to argue intelligently. One graph does not make an argument, it just means you've run out of ideas: never once commenting on anything anyone has said. Never once an answer to the original climate-gate fakers, never once an answer to the middle ages hot spike.

You see, it's not about who's right and who's wrong. It's about being able to argue your case intelligently and with knowledge. You seem to lack both.

Ignorance is bliss.

Go on, show us all how intelligent you are and stick that one graph you have after this .

You know braincell, I will admit to baiting you a bit here with my responses to try to poke at you. Mostly because I figured you'd give a cursory read and then a curt response that wasn't totally related to what I had said. However you've done more than that, you're flat out rude time & time again. I do think thought that Mr Arkadin might be right, you seem to be either on the edge of a breakdown or you're just showing more of your colors now.

well, sometimes the court is corrupt and issues morally wrong decisions, such as the ones that said that dark skinned people aren't human. fair use is just that, FAIR, and it applies to "deriviative works", collages and satire(which has held up long before digital media and the attempt to control all thought by making everything a copyright issue). my God man! you don't need to make yourself look any more ignorant! for there to be a crime, someone must be victimized! the only moral issue is whether it's proper to tease you for being a twat or not. the maker of the images has suffered no loss from the use here. if you want to apply your rules to others, apply them to yourself and your meaningless, but pretty graph. if you want others to treat you with respect, be respectful. if you behave like a troll, you will eventually die as a troll. personally, i like treating you like a human better. please give me a reason to do so.

ANNND, no matter how you twist and squirm, you won't be able to change the SUBJECT of this thread: the LIES told in regard to man-made CO2 driven global warming. the cat is out of the bag. anyone who wants to know can see how the data was faked, and in the fakers' own words.

You're back on my block list as you obviously have nothing intelligent to say and never did have and it makes the thread more manageable not to see the same graph over and over. i expect recursive loops from computers because they are dumb, not from people. Hope things work out for you.

Thats a shame. He is an interesting study. I am sure many with me observe his behavirour and ponder wether he is acting like this consiously or just refusing to look at his own ignorance. Maybe time will tell.
