I have problems with my hard drive overheating when I leave the side panel off my case. Air must be drawn in and flow over the 'hot' surfaces and the go out. My hard drive is in a silent sleeve and without the case being closed the air will not flow over it.
Have you tried testing each card on their own? I hope you get your system working!! I hate my system when it mis-behaves.

I don't know if this is a consolation but I had nightmarish problems for years. I finally got everything working well. If you don't give up it will work out eventually I think. It might mean getting a new computer. Try taking all your cards out and putting them in one at a time to see if you can isolate the problem. Try putting them in different slots.

Do you have access to a different computer? In that case, if you could borrow it for a week or so and install your Creamwaresetup in that. Maybe that would help you single out the problem
