Before you recap your board, please consider the software aspect:

SCOPE 3.1c is really old, and will not work with even ancient Windows versions (the drivers are not compatible):

The software may work on XP (not sure though).
But loading windows XP on modern HW can be tricky (no driver support).
And it also means that you will need to find modern DAW software and plug-ins that works on Windows XP.
I think this will be a challenge.

SCOPE 3.1c it is highly unlikely to work on Windows 7 (changes to driver model).
And it definitely won't work on Windows 10 (or 11).
You need to upgrade to v7 for drivers that will work with Windows 10/11.
SCOPE v7 is about EUR 170.

So, if you need SCOPE, then you have two choices practically.

1) Use old machine with SCOPE 3.1c as stand-alone SCOPE machine.
You can then build a new Win10/11 based DAW, and an audio I/F allowing you to connect the Pulsar board to the DAW machine (connection depends on you daughterboard).
This similar to what several mebers on this forum have done.

2) Upgrade to v7 and build new machine.
This means you need to find motherboard w. PCI slots etc.
But you get a DAW with everything in one box.

But if you want a modern all-in-one DAW on Windows 11 etc, you can get several good-quality USB audio interfaces for the cost of the upgrade to v7.
And no recapping necessary for the next 10 years...

So my question remains: Do you need SCOPE, or just a good audio interface?

3.1c should work on Windows XP, but V5 would still be far preferable for a number of reasons.

Here are the specifications of the new computer with a PCI slot running Windows 11 64-bit:Water cooling: SilentiumPC Navis RGB 240 2x120mm (SPC219)Memory: G.Skill Aegis, DDR4, 16 GB, 3000MHz, CL16 (F4-3000C16D-16GISB)Graphics card: MSI GeForce RTX 2060 Ventus XS OC 6GB GDDR6 (RTX 2060 VENTUS XS 6G OC)Motherboard: ASRock Z370 PRO4Power supply: SilentiumPC Supremo M2 Gold 550W (SPC140)SSD: Crucial P1 500GB M.2 2280 PCI-E x4 Gen3 NVMe (CT500P1SSD8)Case: SilentiumPC Armis AR5X TG RGBProcessor: Intel Core i5-9600K, 3.7 GHz, 9 MB, BOX (BX80684I59600K)However, there is an issue with running Scope V7. As I mentioned earlier, errors occur which I have already described. I believe one of the cards is damaged because the errors appear on both the new computer and the old one with XP, specifically with the connection to dsp1, etc.

I have already bought a new audio interface from Arturia with a bundled microphone and headphones. But if it's possible to repair the Pulsar 2 card, I will fix it. As for the PCI slot for the Pulsar, one is enough. I have Windows 11 because Windows 10 upgraded to 11 for free.

Erhm...
It seems now that you have two boards.
Are they both Pulsar 2s?
Then you can avoid re-capping, and just use the undamaged board.
Because you will need to buy a license for v7 for Windows 11 regardless of which board you use.
So you can just enter the serial of the undamaged board when purchasing.

(Of course, the undamaged one will at some point also begin to fail for the same reasons. But that's the topics for a different thread...)

But I dare to take a guess that you have one Pulsar, and one Luna/PS or Pulsar 1 board.
And the 3.1c license is bound to the Pulsar serial number.
Or?

It would really help if you specify what Creamware HW you have (including daughterboards), and what your needs are (in terms of SCOPE DSP functionality).

I have one card, "Pulsar 2". It's just a translation error 😇. Sorry about that. I used this card as my main sound card. Honestly, I didn't learn to use Scope professionally. I used it in XTC mode in FL Studio, once known as Fruity Loops. Maybe it's true that I don't need this card. To save myself some trouble, I bought this, only the white version.I don't want to bother you any longer. Therefore, if I manage to fix it, great. If not, so be it. Thank you for your help.

Ok, the details unforuntately often get lost in translation.

Please accept my apologies if required - I didn't mean to offend you.
I'm afraid computer-translation may have gotten in our way here.

You (rightly so) asked for help on the key forum for Creamware / SCOPE technology.
We simply try to help as much as we can, because we need to.
We (including myself) are enthusiasts, not professional support-forum people.
We answer questions because we love the SCOPE platform and the associated (often antique) hardware.
If other people have problems with SCOPE/SC/Creamware systems, we want to help them make their problems go away.
So we *want* you to bother us, and ask all the questions you may have.
And we will try our best to answer them.

But I wish you all the best with your project, I sincerely hope you get some good times out of it in the end.
