I have a comparable user profile but with 2-3 pulsar cards Can this configuration be adapted to host 2 pulsar cards?

Can a Z790 motherboard host two Pulsar cards? If so, which model would be recommended?
I couldn’t find a board with PCI slots and
I am blinded by the numerous option
If the Z790 gennerally has no pci slots, whats is the best chipset for pulsar cards?

Scope standalone only,- or do ASIO and WAVE drivers work w/ Win 11 Pro x64 work too ?
Up to now, I avoided Win 11 for Scope because of the wait for the new driver.

Win11 is the same as Win10 for Scope7
