Ahh.
Stm Mixers, do they spread over dsps or just stay on one. (Meaning fx, processors etc loaded on that mixer are using the same dsp the mixer sits on)
It's just struck me that modular mixers could help with complicated mix downs with stacked up insert fx, sends, bussing etc spread over more dsp. And interesting routing.
As I can quite easily get certain dsp hitting 100% as a mixdown progresses, which can lead to oddities on occasion.
I remember jopo pointing out using a multifx infront of each channel outside the mixer helps a lot.
It's all seaming a bit clearer.
