people haven't changed one bit in the last 150-250,000 years if you believe the science. anything else is propaganda. as much as the connected world is convenient, i'd rather see it more disconnected and enjoy life's freedoms. if you think that people aren't just masses in the minds of their managers, then you are over-estimating the amount of altruism at the highest levels of control. let's face it, from space, a single human isn't even an ant. everything else is just lip-service and propaganda.

one.
family.
controls.
all.
the.
banking.
for.
every.
country.
none of this has anything to do with my opinion.
to think that anyone who gets into the position of manager has only altruistic intentions is not only naive, it's downright intentional blindness. you won't get help from global organizations unless it's part of a bigger agenda. that's just basic human nature. it might be even worse if things aren't run by humans.
debate all you want. it is unlikely that it will make any difference.

really?
you mean that one family does NOT control all the banking?
how does this fact indicate the belief in things that don't exist when it quite clearly does exist.
my thoughts don't even have anything to do with it.

Picketty at least isn't part of the propaganda
edit: It's really interesting what he says.
Stiglitz is also someone with some smart thoughts.

oh, it says there's always a countermovement, or positive things to believe in
Man he get's some attention, it's unbelievable.
You could call it the propaganda of the fading middle class which he describes

i would agree with the idea that there are always positives.
that's the nature of a world with up and down, left and right, good and evil...

Then we can agree to agree.
There's always hope and devellopment, like the world is much safer now than every period befor.

i'm much older than you and i haven't seen a change in the ax murdering, however. in what way do "authorities" keep you safe from an ax-wielding maniac? at best, they can clean up after.
don't worry. you can now die of a 100% "natural" death. cancer, ebola or entero virus...which do you prefer?

If things were only so easy and simple..., but there is a much bigger problem we are facing up than the human one. It is a natural cyclic and cosmic problem of gigantic magnitude, something so enormously significant that everything else will be just a joke, even not having money or shelter… It is just a matter of some more time, then everybody will finally understand why 800 FEMA camps have been created in the States and many more similar "solutions" are been implemented in other parts of the world.

What's austerity, 1 year severance pay instead of 2..?
We are booming in the USA according to the "experts", the internet is filled with thousands of happy people who's lives were saved thanks to free rubbers, weed and health care.
Sadly they were so busy telling everyone how great the world has become they forgot to vote for the very kind Landlords who brought them these treats.
I decided to work in the shittiest low paying jobs entertaining happy drunks that I could find.
I have never been happier, spending all money I have doing my part to stimulate the economy and redistribute wealth.
Most of the stuff I buy is from Europe or old American hardware that lasts a lifetime.
Some clothes from India and China that last a year at a time, so I am a global redistributor of wealth, want to make sure slaves in every continent get a piece of the action.
If those European heathens would just pray more instead of complain, one of the various Gods is sure to answer, as it seems the white Gods they worship haven't responded yet.

but dude, you took half the good humor out in edits.
austerity my ass. the only people who are affected by austerity programs are those who already don't have anything, or those who have been living in luxury, but still never really owned anything. you know, commoners.
