With memtest+ you need to run 10-12 path to be sure your RAM is perfect,- that´s a overnite task.
Did you do that ?

How many RAM sticks are in your machine ?
With Memtest86+, you better test each stick separately 1st, every single one more than 10 path.
That´s a very cumbersome procedure because each test is time consuming, but otherwise you won´t find out which stick is faulty and which is not.
I´d run such test overnite during sleep, do the other next day and so on.
It makes sense to test pairs of sticks later in addition,- sometimes single sticks don´t show any issue and in a combo they do.
We did that w/ 4 identical (!) sticks in any combination and in the end we found the culprit.
Just only buying new and replacing all sticks to save time isn´t the holy grail too,- you can get issues w/ new RAM also.

I've got 2 sticks in the machine. they passed the test 17 times (I forgot to look after the computer...

) without any error. I think, this is not the faulty thing in the computer.
I again changed the slots for scopecards and noticed that pci ports 6 and 7 work much better than 5 and 6. It's a kind of magic...

Well, at least your memory seems to work properly
Let's see if slots 6+7 do the trick...

The Problem seemes to be solved!
I bought this new xw4600 and it was even a better deal than i thought before: 70€ incl. shipping, win7 home, 2 hdds, a 18" LCD monitor, 4gbram...
I installed everything and till now there was no crash at all. I'm using slots 5 and 6, whitch made such Problems on the oter board. So i think that the other mainboard is a little bit faulty.
THANK YOU ALL for your patience and your good advices!
I am so happy!!!
