yeah, maybe the originally slaved Pulsar One sneaked ahead and is trying to rule the system now...

I bet if you take the old card out, everything will be perfect, also make sure no other device is using the same IRQ. Disable all things you don't need in the BIOS such as onboard audio etc..

yes, that would be a good idea to verify the source of the problem.
Just remove the Pulsar One and check if the required number of channels will then be processed - pure Asio doesn't need much DSP resources at all.

hey guys just reinstalled a new version of windows, from sp3 to a sp2 version and works flawlessly

and also amazinly now my cpu was drastically improved in cubase.thanks
