he,he

sequencer choice has been favourite reason for flaming for years.
i have strange feeling about Cubase, i was always allergic to it. it is not about features it is about *feel*. i've been Cakewalk user for years, and of course i know Cubase users that are alergic to Cake.
whatever makes your job done.

Ahh I think port1 =0 in Fruity this could be your problem,
Well Earlyfirst, i've just tryed, and even those VST, can't make reaktor to work. MIDI is just not working for anything outside fruityloop.

If you can put light on this, i'de appreciate.

Thanks

What version do you have? It works here to control Pulsar & outboard synths too.

I take your point Gonzoft, but the point isn't that I don't know how to use VST, I just don't particularly like it and am looking for some alternatives. 95 % of my work is creating sounds, and about 5 % is sequencing.

And AirPollo, you must be really laughing now with all this FL talk going on....

Fruityloops 3.02 full

And BTW, this is not at all critical, as i use LAP4.7 all the time, was just curious, cuz, from time to time, to amuse friends, we are doing some techno composing just to have fun. This is NOT the soft i use, but it's still a lot of fun when i do...

oops sorry marcus I misread your post,

I thought it read 3.2 and I even wrote 3.02 haha!

Anyways.... you say you have the full version that would mean one of the following
A: you own the under 150US program and can update it.. to a working version for free..
or
B: It's a crack! and you have wasted my time.

Very sorry you have wasted your time Paul

That's is why i specified that i used this program, but not anymore... It didn't do what i wanted. And i'm glad I had the chance to try it before spending money on it. If i use it often for my work, i surely would buy it since it's not that expensive, but this is not the case. In fact, the last time i used it, was 2~3 months ago, and yesterday to try to make midi work.

I'm happy with Pulsar+Logic, this setup do what ever i want, no real need for anything else.

The cheap version of FruityLoops doesn't allow external MIDI, afaik. The Full Version works perfectly for controlling external gear & synths, or even Pulsar. This is a great tool to have around!
