Hybrid or total electric is the future. I don't understand why General Motors killed the electric car EV1. Check this out, they recalled and destroyed every single one.
Image
It had one the best aero dynamic footprint of all cars.

They didn't destroy mine, and there has never been a recall on the EV's.
Honda enhanced the technology and now Toyota as well.

I say we just dig up all the landfills and run cars on biodegraded materials. Capture the diesel exhaust and recycle that.

Biodiesel is another shim-sham by the corporateers that own the land.

There are also air-cars coming.

I feel like I'm living in the dark ages.

GM wrote: March, 2000
Dear Generation I, 1997 EV1 Customer:

This notice is sent to you in accordance with the requirements of the
National Highway and Motor Vehicle Safety Act.

General Motors has decided that a defect which relates to motor vehicle
safety exists in all 1997 Generation I, EV1 and 1997-98 S-10 Electric Truck
vehicles. These vehicles were produced with a charge port assembly that may
fail during a charging event. If this occurs, heat could build up within the
charge port and a fire could result without prior warning.

What General Motors will do:
A General Motors specialist will be notifying you to make arrangements for
your vehicle to be returned to an authorized GM location, assist in the
termination of the lease on your vehicle, and discuss your immediate
transportation needs.

What you should do:
Users and/or Customers of Generation I, 1997 EV1s are urged to park their
vehicle and immediately discontinue any and all vehicle charging. It is
recommended that customers park their vehicle away from the charger to help
prevent inadvertent use of the charging system.

If you are not satisfied that General Motors has done their best to remedy
this situation without charge and within a reasonable time, you may wish to
write the Administrator, National Highway Traffic Safety Administration, 400
Seventh St., S.W., Washington, DC 20590, or call 1-800-424-9393 (Washington,
DC residents use 202-366-0123).

General Motors sincerely regrets any inconvenience or concern this situation
may cause you. However, we feel that these measures are necessary to assure
the safety of our Generation I, 1997 EV1 Customers and their property. We
want you to know that we will do our best to provide for your immediate
transportation needs.

Sincerely,
General Motors Corporation

A fact ist that mexicans demonstrate for their food, because tortillas are in need of maize-flour...a predetermination that can`t be afforded by most people which make them jump over your so restricted fontier even in tijuana. Whites & blacks will be the minority in the USA at 2025. Totally controlled by the hispanics....and they will loose their native language.
yes, Germans run Mexico and they are creating those ridiculous scenarios. FACT. German groups funded the Plan of San Diego in WW1 which called for Mexicans to attack the southwestern US(which they did).... no wonder there's so much good lager in Mexico and the popular music is based on polkas....yes, i know Mexico quite well, i work with Mexico everyday.

listen to you explain the situation in my own backyard, telling me what YOU believe. :) who will lose their native language? English and Spanish are not native. many of Indian and many of Mexican lineage prefer English, as far as colonial languages go, but yes, you're right. that IS the UN plan. you have it almost right, but crooked. big money bankers make Mexicans poor, but Forbes lists 10 billionaires in Mexico, surprisingly(there are always more wealthy and/or powerful people who don't wish to be seen). there is abundant good land, silver, gold, platinum, OIL, fisheries, pristine beaches, rainforest jungles, manufacturing, etc, etc, etc. someone is making a fortune there....

you want the facts, get off you lazy butt and google "mexico Billionaires" and read up on Mexico's resources and GDP. you'll see that it may be an arguable point if Mexico is the righest Country outright(depends on what you value), but it isn't arguable that it is ONE of the richest countries. or, just stick to your beliefs and dismiss what i told you outright. then, you can fufill your slogan.

FACT, polkas originated in Bohemia (not Bohemian Grove) not Germany.
FACT, Reconquista is a conspiracy theory according to Wiki.
FACT, native Mesoamerican people such as the Maya and Aztec were brewing grain-based alcoholic beverages (primarily from maize corn) long before the Spanish arrived in Mesoamerica

Check your facts before you post them.
It seems you have a predisposition for conspiracy theories.

FACT: bohemian grove is named after bohemia, which is part of germania.
FACT: Reconquista is a REALITY in my neighborhood. i see this everyday, including the billboards saying in spanish, "this is mexico", relating to LA and southern california. i know enough people in themovement and bands connected to organizatins like MECHA and La RAZA(for our race everything, for other races, nothing).
FACT:i never said that Aztec didn't brew alchohol or "beer like" beverages.
FACT: Mexico is run by German iimigrants and the authority figures in Mexico are all blond-haired and blue-eyed. this is no disrespect to German people, it's just FACT.

check YOUR facts clownie.

I always do as you can tell.

FACT, Bohemia is part of Czech Republic
FACT, president of Mexico Felipe Calderon, although a SOB, is not blond nor blue eyed (See image as proof)
FACT, you're nuts

the problem is you really don't know what you're arguing.

the reason Hitler invaded the czechs was to free the germans. there are germanic peoples in serveral countries. germania was broken up into many seperate kingdoms, including Germany, Bavaria, Bohemia, Austria and a number of others. with all respect to each individual culture, they can all be said to be German. they are all speakers of the same language, just different regional dialects in the same way that cockney english, southern US english, NYC english and Ebonics are all English....

who said ALL the mexican authorities were of german ancestry. on mexican tv(which we have here, i'm 2 1/2 hours from themexican border), they mostly are. also, the president is NOT the most powerful man in mexico, just like here in the USA. Mexicans i know DO NOT argue this when i speak to them. it's common knowledge. the accordian players i know, tell me what riffs are german, THEY know. what they often don't know is that the spanish people that most mexicans are related to were Jews who were converted to Catholicism during the inquisition, but that's another story......

You rely on Wiki for fact-checking?
No wonder...

Reconquista, NAFTA, CAFTA, North American Union, are all real.
Mexicans are being used as canon-fodder between two corrupt governments in order to drive the economy and sovereignty of both countries into the toilet - via welfare abuse, health insurance abuse, etc. etc.. THAT is the plan, and it is fact.

I love the Mexican (and German or Bavarian or whatever - being half-German decent myself) people, but I'm tired of paying for the lack of infrastructure to support American citizens, and tired of seeing borders wide open while they make us take our shoes off at the airport.

In this case I'll have to track down the actual government document that proves that the NAU is being planned.

At one time NAFTA was a 'rumor' and 'conspiracy thinking'...

see, it's just that you don't know about it and you don't trust me as a source(which is smart i guess, i just wonder about the sources that you DO trust). that doesn't make the fact less factual.

By the way, did you know that HALF of the energy produced by the explosion in a regular engine piston is lost in FRICTION. As you know the piston must compress the fuel air mixture and to seal the gaps around the piston, steel seals that surround the piston (the 3 rings around the cylinder in the picture below) slide on the walls of the piston chamber. Components of a typical, four stroke cycle, DOHC piston engine. (E) Exhaust camshaft, (I) Intake camshaft, (S) Spark plug, (V) Valves, (P) Piston, (R) Connecting rod, (C) Crankshaft, (W) Water jacket for coolant flow. Source.
ImageImage
Also, did you know that only 1% of the energy produced by a gasoline engine is actually used to move the driver, the rest is used to move the weight of the car.

So why are we driving such inefficient, 18th century, vehicles in 21st century, you might ask yourselves? Take a guess!
