man, you're kinda jumping around. i'm not sure you're trying what i say because i'm not getting responses from you that match the suggestion. since i can't see your computer and how you are using it and how it's set up, i have to guess on what's wrong based on other people's and my own experiences. there are questions that require direct answers before anything gets messed with further to see if the problem is what i think it is. really, i'd like to help you, but disabling onboard audio in windows is not the same as in the bios. i'm wondering what other shortcuts are being taken.
i'm not trying to bust your chops, i just want to help you have fun with your machine and i don't think you are on the correct path. part of the problem is mine as i hate to type, so i wish you'd humor me if i'm going to try to help you...or you can probably find the info i might give by using the search function. this issue has come up several times.....

No problem, I understand. So the first measure shall be to disable C-Media Wave device in BIOS, right? But will that do a sound card board inaccessible? I will do that right now and get back to you ASAP.
The biggest problem that are freaking me out is the fact that I can't do a simulation test from my ASIO panel. I can do a sync test of separate units, but I can't do a complete test.
I'm really appreciate your effort to help me in this matter

well, the scope card isn't a typical windows sound card and the asio panel really doesn't apply to it....

Hi there,
I have now disabled C- Device in BIOS. The only drawback is that I can't hear metronome in Cubase now. Otherwise audio part is OK.
I have done sync test again. I'm still getting appr 5 units shifting. I one second there with 120 BMP, there is 8x120 units. That gives 960 units. So if midi note shifts 5 units that is almost equal to 5 ms. I don't know if that shall be accepted.
Shall I do something now?
