i still don't have my allkeys file.....

I've sent an email to almost every address on the scope website and a couple of the new soniccore addresses.

Does it normally take this long?

1. Normally most smaller businesses will be unresponsive during the weekend.

2. This weekend happens to be a holiday weekend: http://www.planetz.com/forums/viewtopic.php?t=21991

3. MusikMesse (a tradeshow) has recently passed and hence may be slightly more behind on their in-boxes than usual, when they do return to the office.

I know it might seem frustrating but you'll probably have to give it at least a day or two past Tuesday (when they are due to return to the office) for SC to reply. Frank is in India and so may reply sooner if he is able. (Note: This is all conjecture on my part based on the information available to us and in no way represents an actual commitment on the part of Frank or SC...)

Don't forget to back that file up once you get it =]

another factor is that Ralf is installing a new office at SC, as he told me in a pm last friday, so it could take even a few days longer :-)

I don't think so.
It's holiday here, and they had busy weeks :-)

Times like these it's a good idea to focus on catching up on other tasks that you might have put off or find yourself needing to do soon anyway. Some Spring cleaning, perhaps updating other software, consolidation of backups, etc.

Omnicron, you should have all the basic keys on the inside of the booklet that comes with the card.

manually is tedious, but they can be entered that way. the other plugins can be installed later if you're really in a big hurry....

if you don't hear from Ralf by wed, check him again. maybe the spambot got you. otherwise i'd expect you to have them today(tuesday). Ralf is normally very concientious and quick, but he has a lot of responsibilities and he can get behind, especially with a major trade show, a 30 day old company, moving, tech support duties and so on. i know that the easter holiday ended monday, so friday to monday, nothing happended business wise in germany. things should get back on track now.

you're totally right about those keys in the manual, i thought about it and then couldn't recall where i'd put the manuals and it must've slipped my mind after that. WHY DIDN'T I THINK OF THAT!! Anyways ralf emailed me just now. All is fine with the keys, haven't tried the ASIO driver yet since the reinstall, hopefully it will work.

-edit-

WORKS. Loaded the asio2 modules and its working, don't know what to attribute it to, the asio2 module or the reinstall. i'm not complaining....
