Did you use your hardware synths as well or just the Pulsar DSP card and plugins?

What synths did you use in Moondust and Saturdays?

The String pads in Moondust and the Pulse width Lead in Saturdays specifically.

Aso the begining portamento sound in Dafty and Clubby was that using the Pulsar and plugin synths or your hardware synths? Which ones?

Drums using Pulsar Plugin?

I am new to Creamware and Sonic Core.

hi,
first, I also used the hardware synths.
saturdays is just a remix of delasouls a roller jam called saturdays.
but for the fx I used minimax, prodessey, and for the lead it is profit with a square lead + fx, the rhodes is evp 73

the strings in moondust comes from the saturn which is free to all pulsar users (very recommendable), it´s a remake of an Jupiter 6, but it doesn´t come close to a real Jup6 (I own one) respectively analog sounds, but it still very usable and has good sounds. the saturn reminds me little of the first virus.
Intro synth in dafty and clubby is NI absynth 2.

Drums are loops, samples, just what fits, I mainly use for drums NI Battery2.

greetings
stefan

Kewl thanks for the information. I have so many hardware synths new and vintage its not funny.

Oberheims, Prophets rev 1 and 2, Jupiter 8 and a lot of the mid year vintage up to modern VA and ROmpler synths.

Just got a Korg Oasys.

I am about to sell me JP8 and get my OBX, and Prohpets fixed then sell them.

Also want to sell my MAtrix 12. I have MAtrix 1000 , 4 of them and that good enough. I'll keep my OBXa and OB8. I also have the Jupiter rack 10 voice which basically can replace the JP8.

I also use VSTi's but all in all I am very satisfied with the oasys 88 Keyboard.

Hey, just want to tell that I got a new song in my Myspace Player called Motorbass (Rough Mix).
what do ya think?
greetings
Arp is protone,
Bassdrone is minimax
Bassline is Oberheim Matrix 6 with Scope Tubedrive
Noise in the middle is done by U KNOW 007

btw protone is so awesome! if you like Profit12 you will like protone, it´s a must if you´re into sequenced sounds.

I can never find much time to browse the Music forums here, but wheneve I do I'm always pleasantly surprised. Just listened to most of your MySpace tracks and I'm really impressed. Great sounding stuff, very polished sound, very listenable. You should be really proud of what you've created, and thanks for sharing.

Maximal my current favourite - but would love to hear the vocal mix ;-)

Any chance of reposting Saturdays (as I'm a big De La Soul fan)?

Thanks,
Ben

Hey Ben thanks for your kind words, I´m going to upload Saturdays again in the next couple of hours. But due to it´s a bootleg remix I do not have the permission to promote that song on myspace. So maybe I´m going to upload that song on zshare and promote it here.
The Maximal Vocal Edit is under construction :) Unfortuntaly i destroyed my magma and since then I´m not able to produce any more till I´m going to get me a new magma which is currently due to my financial problems very expensive.
Btw I composed lyrics for Maximal, Solitude and Space Float 1st and 2nd.
When it´s finished I will upload it on myspace.

Maybe I am stating the obvious, but whenever I encounter a 404 error, it is my firewall not allowing access. You need to go to your firewall settings and allow access. With me, I use Zonealarm Pro. I go to site list and allow private header, then block it when I am done listening or downloading.

It works for me at least.
