I'm affraid it won't be possible to cut the PCB circuitry in two parts!Get outta here !!
I think Faxinadu that you can ask Oakley Modular to know if they want to give/sell you at least the Gerber plan to produce the PCB, and if more people want to own this filter, you can ask for a bench production of the PCB at a PCB engraving service on the web, that will cost I think about 80 Euros for each board (and about the same for the electronics parts)...

From my side, I'm happy to announce that the bucks of the trade will serve to produce a new Filter based on the CEM3378 chip and a lot of modulations by a MIDIbox...
You will find here the plan for a full featured MIDIbox filter, (my upcoming project will be more simple and cheaper) , but if you're looking for unique device, look here

If someone is interrested by building such a complicate filter, sure I will finish all the prog and config to make it work, from my side, it's a too costly project!
