The joy of FLEX

I haven't yet bought Flexor. Since the current version costs 99 euro., I find the proposed price of 225 euro for Flexor 2 rather high to put it mildly....
Since Flexor 2 is an update of Flexor 1, I'd expect it to have the same price as the old version and include Flexor 1 as well. This is the way software updates/upgrades are normally priced. When Cubase SX 3 was released it cost 600 euro. When Cubase 4 (which is Cubase 3 plus additional functionality) was released it still costs about 600 euro, but of course significantly less for Cubase 3 owners. It didn't cost 1200 euro.

first of all, this is not cubase (thank God). Second, 99euro for flexor 1 was dirt cheap! third, another 99 euro for a pack that contains even more modules than the first one is still cheap!

..but costs considerably more than the free SX3.2 update that was promised

But 200 euro for the whole package is a lot of money, especially if you all you need it for is to be compatible with all modular patches on this site. I've checked out Flexor 1 a couple of times but decided to wait for a new version with more modules for a better price. But I guess now I'd have to pay $200 euro to be compatible with all modular patches which makes Flexor even less attractive for my purposes since I'm not a patch programmer but a user.

Financially less attractive, but sonically superior.
It's a small pitance for sharing in this noble enclave.

For 150+ high quality & innovative modular modules?? That's like max 1.5 euro per module, which isn't exactly daylight robbery. Suggesting otherwise is utter nonsense.

simply fantastic...
really not much to miss in that filter pack!
BTW: Flexor is worth every penny.... I think its easily worth much more money....
Its simply a must for every Pulsarian ...
And its not just an update, its more like accelerating with warp speed into another dimension...

One prey for Adern: when you make the demo modular patches, if possible, make more than one preset for each patch.
I really like browsing into presets when I take a pause dedicated to play scope...
It's a strange request?
Thanks in advance

All snivelers are refered to the Native Instruments Reaktor threads, where noone gives a rats ass about you or your weak sounding synths created there.
Jump in for the big win, go w/ Flexor II.

considering that there are also multimode, multistage filters in there, in fact that are much more different filter types then in Flexor I.
do we get new oscillators also?
