Shroomz wrote:Ralf, could you please PM me a price for a Scope Pro with *only* the SFP platform software without the M&M, S&S & additional synth. We already have all CW packs (bundles) & synths.

I would be buying it before the end of this month if the price is right.

Thanks

I can't really grasp the point why the default expansion board in the pro-audio pack is the classic I/O when you could benefit so much more from a z-link option, especially considering the bundle with the a16u. if really targetted at new customers, it would be much more effective for them getting a bundle where they can use the ad/da with its full 16 port 24/96 capabilities instead of limiting them to 48khz via adat or to reduce the 96khz ports to 8 via adat again. and cw support could avoid several mails and phone calls concerning this issue, and maybe desired io board exchanges.

there should be at least a hint on the winter special page pointing to that issue.

-greetings, markus-

ps. and, yes, pure DSP and I/O offers should be always there for those who already have got (almost) every(software)thing.
the dsp boosters are not really tempting if you also want to add i/o, and there is no official sale of the plain i/o boards...

Maybe most of the boards left unsold have classic plates & that's all there is to it?

you think they just want to free their stock from everything that's not selling as expected instead of providing a convincing offer? :)
well, at least they have to generate revenue, so it's not unlikely...

the I/O plates are the last thing to be mounted on a board before shipping it.

the idea of a default package: if the customer or dealer donot specify what they want to order. So creamware will have to assume it is a classic I/O

otherwise pick your I/O and you will get it for sure. :)

great and non-burocratic move Creamware! :-)

I guess you will choose uniform 'sales' prices for the different models if people contact you, so why not making the sale of SRB cards 'official'?
cheers.

Ali, I had done this prior to my email to you, when you explained that you could not sell outside the US or Canada. Ralph had sent me an email saying it was not his decision and had to pass it on to some-one else, as yet not reply. Anyway isn't Australia part of the US :) I'm pretty sure our Prime Minister thinks it is.

Just want to ad that both Ralph and Ali got back to me very quickly and I certainly have no complaint with the service these guys provide :)

eek, I just sent a wire transfer to Creamware's account for a new 15dsp SRB today. Tell me I'm not gonna regret that when the SRB sale price is announced. OMG, tell me they're not gonna be on sale at 50% off

this is the same thing you were asking about.

some asked why not make it official.

Creamware Germany will do so as some suggested here.

Thanks Ali.

Creamware gave me a good deal on the SRB anyway, so I'm sure the official sale price will be the same as I paid (now that I think about it). Hope I haven't confused matters.
